The practice of Social Security Disability Law is Donna’s only professional pursuit. Donna has represented thousands of individuals before the Social Security Administration. Donna H. Green is certified as a specialist in Social Security Disability by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Donna has taught and attended countless courses in Social Security Disability Law, including National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) annual seminars. She is also a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association (CBA) and the NOSSCR.

Prior to graduating from Mississippi College School of Law in 1994, Donna worked as a legal assistant in a District Attorney’s office. She always saw herself practicing criminal law, but God had other plans. Donna quickly realized that Social Security Disability spoke to her servant heart in helping those who need it most. Her strong faith places her where she needs to be and is what led Donna to create her own law firm so she could have one-on-one communication with clients. To this day, Donna is the representing attorney throughout the entire process of each Social Security Disability claim. She will be there with you before, during, and after any required hearing—your case isn’t passed off to a junior associate. Donna will work with you every step of the way.
