Donna H. Green
Green is a 1994 graduate of Mississippi College School of Law.
She is a member of the Tennessee Bar and also a member of the
of Social Security Claimants Representatives
(NOSSCR), and the Federal Bar Association. Donna is admitted
to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee
and before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also has
represented clients in the United States District Court in the
Northern District of Florida. She has attended countless
continuing legal education courses in Social Security
disability law, including NOSSCR annual seminars, and is certified as a specialist in Social Security Disability by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Donna has represented over a thousand disabled clients at
hearings and well over a hundred people at the Social Security
Administration Appeals Council. She has also been involved in
representation at the Federal District Court level for close to
a hundred cases and is well-versed in all areas of Social
Security disability law and practice.
Donna understands that the Social Security process can be
very intimidating. She
takes pride in treating her clients with respect and dignity.
Helping people through a difficult time, and getting to know
them in the process, is the greatest reward of her work.
Kristi graduated from Cleveland State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant Studies (magna cum laude) in 1995 and received her B.A. in Legal Assistant Studies from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (magna cum laude) in 2005. Received the 1998-1999 Legal Assistant award from Cleveland State Community College. Kristi received the Outstanding Senior Award from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the Legal Assistant Studies program in 2005. She was secretary of the Cleveland State Community College Legal Assistant Club and co-president of the Legal Assistant Club at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has worked as a paralegal in the Social Security field for over a decade. Kristi is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Epsilon Chi at Cleveland State Community College - the National Honor Society in Paralega/Legal Assistant Studies. She has worked on thousands of Social Security disability cases.
